2025 Refer-A-Friend Program Details:

Refer-A-Friend to Diamond Head Dental Care for you chance(s) to win, April through June! Prizes include California Pizza Kitchen $100 Gift Cards, Zoom! Take-Home Whitening Kits (custom fit to you!), Beats Powerbeats Pro 2 High Performance Earbuds and $20+ in coupon cards toward restorative dentistry!!

Both YOU and YOUR REFERRAL will be entered into the 2025 Refer-A-Friend Contest. Your referral must be a new patient to Diamond Head Dental Care. No limit on the number of entries (you can refer as many friends, family and co-workers as a new patient to Diamond Head Dental Care as you wish). Program runs form April 1, 2025 to June 30, 2025. Your referral must have their first new patient appointment between the program dates. Each contest entry is on the date of the initial new patient visit of your referral. Your referral must indicate you referred them to our office on their new patient paperwork to be eligible.

There are MANY ways to win!! 6 total prizes on 3 drawing dates. If you don’t win on the first drawing date, your entry will remain in the contestant pool for the subsequent prize drawings. BOTH YOU and YOUR REFERRAL will win the prize if randomly selected as the winners.

In addition to these 6 prizes, every time you refer-a-friend, we will send you $40 in coupons to use for future restorative treatment (excludes cleanings, exams, x-rays, retail and dental membership plans) as a thank you for the referral. We will also send your referral a $20 coupon for future restorative treatment.
