I was greeted with smiles upon entering office. Jessica/ Office manager was most welcoming and very friendly! Dr. Jackson explained procedure before treatment and suggestion for future treatments. Office was very clean & music was awesome!! It kept my mind off of the dental procedure 😊

Amazing service, friendly atmosphere with professional staff. Coming from Maui, we are really happy we found a new dental home! The best experience! Highly recommend!

Very thankful for Dr B and team for making me smile with confidence again... Jess and Kona have been very helpful and patient with me in this journey. My first visit was way back in 2022, 2 years later, I am back to Diamond Head dental again because they did such a great job! 14 outta 10 recommenddd !!! they took me in same day for an emergency dental extraction (i scheduled online too that's a gr8 bonus) due to me having the worst pain ever ; couldn't even eat nor sleep & girl was i hungrrrryyyy 😂they also made me feel super comfortable & not judged at all 🥹 everyone was SUPER friendly & i was in & out from check in within an hour !!!! best dentist experience evaaaa

Took me in for my appointment right away. Staff is very professional & very helpful to getting patient needs resolved. Dr. B was awesome & listened to my concerns about the numbing agent.

Great staff at Pearl City! Very informative and gentle, thorough care. I went for exam and cleaning. Assistant, hygentist, and doctor explained everything they did and everything they saw. Definitely keeping this team!

I was excited to visit diamond head dental care it’s my first time appointment!! Thank you Dr. Bersier she smooth my wisdom crown that was bothering me for a long time much improvement your awesome my hygienist Chantelle and Atiyona and Rebecca are terrific! All the staff and Dr Bersier was nice is friendly!office is Beautiful and clean!

I’ve been a patient at another dental clinic in town for over 10 years, but decided to switch to Diamond Head Dental Care for its location. What’s keeping me a patient is definitely the care and staff. The dream team: Kona at the front desk, Rob the hygienist, Dr. Jackson and the assistants. They’re my faves!

By far the best dental office I have ever went to. I haven't been the the dentist in a long time and the office was neat and all the staff were super friendly and made sure I was comfortable the entire appointment. Dr.Riter did an amazing job explaining to me everything in depth and was super nice as well. I'll definitely be recommending this office to anyone I come across that's looking for a dental office to go to.

I broke a tooth and called them the next day. I was seen and the tooth removed that day. Dr. Jackson was very nice and explained everything answered all my questions. It wasn’t the easiest extraction but he got the tooth out. Had some post extraction pain and went in twice after and he helped me. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be keeping them as my Dentist.

Staff there at there Pearl City office are awesome. From the moment i entered till the moment I was done with my appt. They treated me as if I was family to them. Dr Jackson was very understanding of my needs and concerns. Offered me different options as far as financing and monthly payment being available. I Definitely be back there. Had a good experience with Diamond Head Dental. Considering the type of work that was needed they were very professional, informative and caring. Knowing dental work is not cheap they assisting me in finding and creating and financing options according to the work needed. The staff is caring and professional while always asking and evaluating how I was doing thru out procedures needed. Would recommend anyone to see them even if you are apprehensive of have dental work done. Thank you DHD.
